Individual Therapy
My belief is that everyone can benefit from therapy, regardless of what is going on in your life. We often get in places where we feel “stuck” or think “this is just how it is going to be.” I am here to help you see that change is possible. I will support you and assist you with tools to provide hope, think about things differently, and ultimately make changes that are in line with your goals.
My aim is to offer a comfortable, supportive atmosphere in order to build a safe relationship to support and explore multiple aspects of your life. Together, we can develop tools to assist you to live a more fulfilled, enjoyable, and balanced life. I provide compassionate yet direct feedback utilizing evidence-based techniques in order to help you develop and achieve your goals, whatever those may be.
I take an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the needs of the client. My goal is to provide individualized tools designed to assist with maximizing your potential integrating cognitive behavioral, relational, and person-centered therapeutic techniques. I help clients capitalize on their strengths while highlighting patterns of thinking and behaviors that may no longer be helpful to an individual.
